EPIC is a web site available to the public, for determination of planning and environmental concerns, on parcels, in unincorporated Cowlitz County.

EPIC can be used by anyone to look for information on critical areas and planning issues on parcels in the unincorporated areas of Cowlitz County.

All you need to do is open up EPIC find your parcel number or the parcel number of any property that you are interested in.  Enter the parcel number and click the "go" button.  In a little time a map will appear with your parcel highlighted.

Then click the "complete site plan package" button and EPIC will prepare a report, a site plan, a check sheet, and an application for submittal, all of which you can print out and bring with you to Building and Planning.

If you prefer you can come to Building and Planning and we will print them out for you.

Pop-ups must be allowed (needed to display the PDF output)

Adobe Reader and/or Adobe Professional required to view Site Plans.
