O&M Providers
This is a list of companies that are
licensed by Cowlitz County to perform O&M inspections on septic systems.
Cowlitz County does not endorse, guarantee, or warrantee the workmanship of any of
these companies or individuals.
There are three different levels of
licensure for O&M professionals. Level I providers are
licensed to provide inspections for gravity systems including
pump to gravity. Level II providers can provide inspections
on all types of systems except for those that are considered
'proprietary'. Proprietary systems must be inspected by a
professional specifically approved for that product by the manufacturer.

As with any professional you hire, do
your homework. The County is not able to give suggestions or
references. If you have any complaints concerning one of these
companies please report them to the Environmental Health Unit (EHU) at
360-577-3052 or email to
omseptic@co.cowlitz.wa.us or you can fill out our
Request for Investigation form and
submit it to the Building and Planning Department.
