Northbound & Southbound

Exit #39; Allen Street exit.  [From the north] at the bottom of the ramp take a right (west toward the Cowlitz River).  [From the south] take a left at the bottom of the ramp.  Proceed to 5th Street (One Way) and turn right (north).  Take a left on Church Street and proceed past 4th Avenue.  Brick building on the right is the Administration Building for Cowlitz County.  We are located to the north of this building.
