Construction and Administrative Bidding Information

Project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, bid documents, bidder list and plan holders list) for Public Works projects are available online at Builders Exchange of Washington (BXWA) www.bxwa.com. Click on Posted Projects, then Public Works, Cowlitz County and Projects Bidding. The documents are available be downloaded and printed on your own equipment free of charge.

Bidders are encouraged to "Register as Bidder" through BXWA in order to receive automatic email notification of addenda. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to obtain addenda, if any. Addenda information will be available on the BXWA website. Cowlitz County accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and submit inadequate or incomplete responses.
