The Superior Court provides a daily ex parte docket.

The docket is located in Courtroom 7 and is open to the public as well as members of the Bar.

Documents signed by the ex parte judge will be taken directly to the Superior Court Clerk, they will not be given to the presenting party. There is no ex parte fee for papers presented directly to the Court, so long as conformed copies are not requested from the Clerk. Conforming stamps are available in the courtroom.

Bar members may obtain a copy of the signed order from the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Bar Association copier. Copy cards are available from the Bar Association.
